Built on four levels around a central courtyard, the villa includes approximately 10,000 square feet of interior living with spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas. The legend of the Dos Cisnes is a tale-spell of two swans caught between the luminous and eternal blue sky and the buffering waters of the Pacific Ocean upon a hillside paradise, never to return to their homeland. The views of the Bay of Banderas are known to send chills to visitors taking in the awe inspiring beauty, immersed in the mysteries of nature all while feeling the savage splendor of the jungle landscape. The romantic villa has many luxurious amenities within the Mexican architectural elements found throughout including the infinity pool, a dramatic winding staircase, hacienda-style iron chandeliers, multiple fountains and weeping walls, to the brick bovedas and high-beamed ceilings. From any one of several terraces or balconies the panoramic views are framed by colonial period arches furnished with antique furniture and blended with eclectic art pieces and religious artifacts. The dining room comfortably seats up to twelve guests. The villa features a total of twelve rooms that provide bountiful areas to socialize in large gatherings or can create romantic intimate environments. Solitary serenity can also be achieved throughout the villa. All bedrooms are furnished with today’s comforts and amenities and luxuriously appointed in a colorful decor. Guests also have access to a fully-equipped exercise gym and a large media/entertainment room with 52" flat-panel home theater system. With many open layouts throughout the villa, including multiple terraces wedding parties can easily be accommodated. This elegant hacienda is the perfect event setting reminiscing a Mexican colonial period juxtaposed against stunning views of the bay making for an unforgettable experience. Corporate events or retreats are also encouraged. The villa staff includes a full time maid and a personal chef who will prepare two meals a day. Also available is the butler, who is eager to assist with concierge services including restaurant reservations, shopping recommendations, spa services, nightly entertainment recommendations, booking tour excursions (including sport fishing and jungle tours), golf tee scheduling, and many other activities or services.
