The Twin Palms Frank Sinatra Estate hosted a photo shoot for an Internet based clothing line called "Shabby Apple". The estate provided the perfect backdrop for these vintage-inspired looks for Shabby Apple.
Addidas along side designer Jeremy Scott threw one of the hottest parties during this year’s Coachella weekend at the Frank Sinatra Estate. Guests included everyone from Snoop to Ke$ha to A$AP Rocky.

Trina Turk, a designer offering styles for women, men and the home with the desert lifestyle in mind, recnetly did a photoshoot at 1955 William Cody, one of the homes in the Beau Monde rental portfolio. The estate provided a picturesque back drop for Trina Turk’s Spring 2012 Look Book.
Twin Palms Frank Sinatra Estate and Sandacre, both luxury villas in our rental portfolio, were featured in a Curbed.com article entitled, “Five Little Rentals with Hollywood History to Boast About".
Other homes featured are Ian Flemings Goldeneye Resort, Bruce Willis’ Parrot Cay, Mic Jagger’s Mustique, and Sandacre, a home that was rumoured to be frequented by Marilyn Monroe.
Twin Palms, one of the homes in the Beau Monde Villas luxury rental portfolio, was host to a charity fundraising event for Animals Asia Foundation. Proceeds benefit the Hong Kong-based organization that rescues endangered Asiatic black bears, also known as Moon Bears, in China.

Beau Monde Villas and the Frank Sinatra Estate were featured in an article on March 12, 2011. The article, entitled, "Take the Frank Sinatra tour of Palm Springs". offered a personal point of view of the author's journey through Palm Springs and ending with the Sinatra House.
On March 31st, 2011, the Desert Sun featured an article about the sale of the Dinah Shore Estate here in Palm Springs. Tyler Morgan, a Realtor with Capitis Sothebys International Realty, represented the seller, TV sitcom writer David Lee.
The home sold for $4.9 million on the 40th Anniversary of Kraft Nabisco Tournament, also known as the Dinah Shore Pageant.

The Palm Springs Preservation Foundation announced today that it is pursuing the historic site designation of singer/actor Frank Sinatra's "Twin Palms" residence on behalf of homeowners Tom and Marianne O'Connell. Built in 1947 and designed by architect E. Stewart Williams, the Twin Palms residence is one of the finest examples of modernist architecture in Palm Springs, California. The historic designation of Frank Sinatra's former home will ensure that future changes to the property are approved by the city's Historic Site Preservation Board.

Kevin Blessing recently appeared on Extra Magazine and spoke about his luxury villa rental concept. The episode of Extra was titled “Mansions and Millionaires”.
Kevin got to showcase a number of homes in Beau Monde Villas’ rental portfolio from Palm Springs to Naples, Florida and was able to explain the concept of how renting a luxury home gives you all the amenities of a luxury hotel with the privacy of your own home. See the video below:
"Fighting for a Cause" - Linda Gray, Morgan Fairchild, and Donna Mills unite at the Steve Chase Humanitarian Awards to raise awareness and money for AIDS services. The photo shoot was taken at Sandacre Estate in the Marilyn Monroe Room.
