Spanish Saltillo tile floors welcome guests into this residence with a rustic ambiance of wood beams stretching across the ceiling in the formal room perfect room for conversation or reading.  An adjacent formal dining area is perfect for an intimate dinner for four.   The kitchen offers plenty of counter-space with modern appliances to create perfect cuisine with plenty of charm including the cooper sink.  The kitchen opens to media room with French doors leading to a lush oasis.  

Desert living is best experience outdoors featuring the lagoon-shape swimming pool with inlay spa and tanning shelf.  The home includes an outdoor bar and grill area perfect for dining al fresco or sipping beverages while the chef in the group grills gourmet meals.   The inside of the bar is perfect for chilly evenings cozying up to the fireplace or outdoor TV viewing.   The grounds offer incredible mountain views of Mt. San Jacinto.   A private outdoor shower is also available in a natural setting. 

The sleeping quarters with luxurious amenities each offer en-suite bathrooms.  The master bedroom is the perfect retreat with direct access to the pool deck.  The master en-suite bathroom features a large oval bathtub and a step-in shower with dual vanities with copper sinks.  Two additional bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms open out to a private terrace with the tranquil sounds of water trickling from the wall fountain. This charming abode is the perfect vacation enjoyment with friends or family.
